Steps to implement (Webex account required):

Minimal requirements:At least 3 accounts are needed: Admin, a User (with Compliance Office Role) and another User within the same organization.

1. Admin starts Organization, invites Users and set-ups Teams
2. Admin designates Compliance Officer from the Users
3. Compliance Officer integrates Samurai Guardian with his own account
4. Samurai Guardian automatically creates Samurai Moderation Team with General space
5. Compliance Officer may invite other Users to Samurai Moderation (all Users in that Team are Samurai Moderators)
6. In order to test the integration, the User (not Compliance Officer) needs to create a new team and post a message that includes profanity.
• Samurai Moderators are notified by the bot about cases of violence through Samurai Moderation space
• They can take action to ignore (Dismiss) or delete the message (Delete)
• For non-private spaces they can also send a response to a space (Respond).
7. If you no longer want to use Samurai Guardian, type the command "!Samurai remove_integration" in the Samurai Moderation space or send an e-mail to support@samurailabs.ai
